What tours do you offer?

We offer private, guided and exclusive tours that are catered to your interests and preferences. All tour packages are flexible and fully customisable. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to each of our clients and take pride in creating seamless experiences.

What is the booking process?

To get started, fill out our Get a Trip Quote form and include any additional requests or comments. We'll respond within 24 hours and work with you to create your ideal itinerary. Once we've finalized the details, we'll send you a payment link to make a 20% deposit upfront to secure your reservations. You will receive a confirmation email about your payment and a detailed itinerary. If you have follow up questions, please contact us as soon as possible. 

What determines the price of your tours?

At Dream Tunisia we understand that every trip is unique. That's why we offer personalized quotes based on several factors, including the number of people in your group, length of stay, in/off season pricing, hotel class and additional requests. Our goal is to provide the best market price with the utmost value for our clients.

What payments do you require?

A minimum down payment of 20% is required to secure your booking, with the remainder of the balance due 30 days before departure. Please note that if any activities/hotels/car rentals require payment in advance, your down payment may end up being higher than 20%. 

If your departure is within 30 days, you are likely to be asked for the full amount to be paid upfront.

What is included in each tour?

Each tour package includes everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable trip - airport and hotel pick up and drop off, nightly accommodations, transportation, professional tour guide and driver, meals and beverages (depending on hotel class), all admission fees to historical sights and all taxes.

 

What is not included in the tours?

Please note that our tours do not include camel or quad rides, sunscreen, tips or any additional purchases. We want to make sure you have a great experience with us, so please let us know if you have any questions or special requests.

What languages do you offer tours in?

All tours are available in English, French, German, Italian, Arabic and Japanese. 

Do I need a travel insurance?

Traveling can be unpredictable. That's why we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, trip interruptions, medical expenses, lost luggage and last minute emergencies. With travel insurance, you can have peace of mind and enjoy your trip to the fullest.

What happens in the event of bad weather or unexpected events?

We understand unexpected circumstances can happen during your travels. That's why we'll make new arrangements that are as close as possible to your original itinerary. Our team is always ready to handle any situation and ensure that your trip is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel your trip, please kindly inform us at your earliest convenience. Please keep in mind that the initial 20% deposits may not be refundable to cover any reasonable costs associated with your reservations. You can refer to our cancellation policies below for more information:

Multi-day Tours: ​

  • 30 days or more before the start of the tour: Full refund minus a fee equal to the confirmation deposit of 20%.

  • 15 to 29 days before the start of the tour: 40% cancellation fee.

  • 7 to 14 days before the start of the tour: 60% cancellation fee.

  • Up to 7 days before the start of the tour and in the event of a no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Day Trips:

  • 72h notice required for a full refund.

  • Less than 72h before the start of the tour: no refund.

Are there exceptions to the cancellation policy?

We understand that your travel plans may be affected. That's why we offer the possibility to waive our cancellation fee. Please contact us to inform us of your situation and provide the necessary documentation. We'll do everything we can to help and process your request promptly in the events below:

  • Medical reasons (unforeseen ailment, injury or death in the family)

  • Inclement weather or natural disasters (in or around your location and destination planning to visit)

  • Flight cancellations by a carrier during the dates of travel

  • Denied entry to Tunisia by immigration authorities

  • Global pandemic or similar event

  • Disruptions of service on our end
